**About the Role**

BRACE is seeking a highly motivated and skilled casual Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess Certificate IV in Disability to our students.
- Facilitating dynamic training through classes, workplace visits and study support for their students across areas of Melbourne
- Providing educational support, coaching and specialist assistance to enhance student's learning
- Managing the learning process, including student engagement, course progression and adherence to Training Schedules
- Marking and administrative tasks associated with training delivery and assessment
- Participating in moderation and validation activities if required

**About You**

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

- A TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 with the upgraded units plus a
- Minimum of a Certificate IV in Disability, with Graduate qualification in Special Education a preference
- A current Australian **Drivers Licence,** a valid** Working with Children Check **and a **NDIS Workers Screening Check** (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
- Before commencing with Community Solutions, you will be required to undertake a **National Criminal History Check**

**Additional requirements**:

- A current **Working with Children Check **and **NDIS Worker's Screening**, or the willingness to gain one if successful. We will reimburse you the cost on commencement
- A current and valid Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a Police Check
- To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, Community Solutions Group requires all authorised workers as defined under the Victorian Public Health Order to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
