The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our growth strategy, generate leads, build relationships, and convert business opportunities in a defined region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and contributing to a national growth culture
  • Establishing processes for relationship management and nurturing business opportunities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and funding bodies
  • Identifying, onboarding, and managing clients to ensure a positive experience
  • Coordinating with operations and support divisions for seamless service delivery
  • Owning sales targets and plans across the customer journey

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the community disability space
  • Extensive knowledge of the NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience transitioning NDIS participants from hospital settings
  • Able to work independently and autonomously
  • Strong time management skills to meet stakeholder expectations
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
