Business Development Manager Opportunity
">We are a leading provider of aged care and disability services across Australia. Our mission is to enable individuals to live happier, healthier lives.
">- Drive growth strategy to support more people to live independently
- Build and manage processes for relationship management and business development
- Establish strong relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders
- Identify, triage, assess, and onboard clients while ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate with operations divisions to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
The successful candidate will have:
">- Proven experience in Business Development within the community disability space
- Adept understanding and knowledge of the NDIS, Disability and Aged Care sectors
- Established ability to build strong relationships with customers, case managers, and other key stakeholders
- Previous experience transitioning participants from hospital environments
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of independence and autonomy
- Well-developed time management skills ensuring stakeholder expectations are met
- High level of written and verbal communication
