Accommodation Coordinator

As a Guest Experience Allrounder at Accor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our flagship Canberra hotel, Novotel Canberra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a daily review of all incoming VIP reservations to create accurate arrivals reports, ensuring seamless communication with relevant departments.
- Manage loyalty operations for the property, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate the delivery of special time-based accommodation packages, meeting guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to ensure timely placement of amenities, room readiness, and guest requests.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in developing and reviewing departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks.
- Proficiency in using software tools, including Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, and Accor Platforms.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
