Project Coordinator for Large-Scale Student Accommodation

Lendlease ACT is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team and work on a soon-to-commence Student Accommodation project at the Australia Defence Force Academy (ADFA).
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a supervisor or site manager role working on large-scale construction projects, preferably with a budget of $50 million or above.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA and EHS requirements.
- Coordinate and organize teams, managing subcontractors to work effectively.
- Relevant trade and/or building construction management qualifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
