We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to senior leaders and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders, and proven success in an Office Manager or Team Assistant role within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include providing high-level executive assistance, coordinating diaries and meetings, preparing and formatting executive-level documents, managing expenses and timesheet approvals, and coordinating executive communications.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling and preparing for key internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, overseeing the smooth daily running of the office, and liaising with vendors and facilities teams.

Additionally, the Executive Assistant will assist with onboarding new team members, track team milestones, and maintain organisational charts and team contact lists.
