• Leading Private Credit Manager

This leading Australian Private Credit investment manager specialises in real estate and mid-market corporate debt solutions. Their investments are underpinned by a rigorous risk management framework, which enables strong returns and sustainable growth for investors. They operate across the capital structure, with a focus on development capital including senior and mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and equity, and active in direct property acquisition and syndication also. With a strong and growing capital base, and continued exponential growth, they are now seeking a (newly created) Senior Investment Risk Executive to join the team.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne and reporting to the Head of investment Risk, you will work closely with the wider Real Estate business unit to ensure effective, accurate and timely delivery of analysis and investment papers across a variety of senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity transactions. Additionally, you will manage ongoing project and investment monitoring, as well as the management of systems and databases to ensure accurate data flow to investors, finance and management. Key to your success will be driving business success through ensuring high quality and accurate transaction analysis with ad-hoc project work when appropriate.

Tertiary qualified with 10-15 years' experience in structured real estate finance, gained in banking, non-banking or private credit environments, you will have deep experience across the local property sector, including direct credit risk underwriting and analysis skills on transactions above A$50m. You will have demonstrated skills in project managing complex deals with multiple lending counterparties, reviewing finance and security documentation, providing investment structuring advice, and advanced financial modelling expertise including cash flow oversight and investment return analysis.

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to join a high growth Private Credit manager in a senior and influential capacity.
