The Opportunity:
We have a NEW opportunity for an experienced, pragmatic, mature and professional Executive Office Administrator to join Masterpet and support a high performing executive function.
Based at our Animal Care head office in Everleigh NSW, you will manage all the executive administrative and coordination requirements of the Animal Care Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial and Operating Officer. You will also proactively manage and support the annual cycle of executive activities and events, across the Animal Care Leadership Team.
As such your responsiveness and willingness to help and support executives in a collaborative way within a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success.
What you will do:
- Management of the annual cycle of executive functions, activities and events;
- Administrative support of key committees and meetings;
- Undertake research and prepare reports, emails and communications;
- Assist with Executive Office compliance requirements;
- Travel and expense management;
- Manage office budget and procurement requirements;
- Undertake workplace and WHS induction for new employees and visitors;
- Provide hands-on guidance and support of newly acquired Animal Care businesses and senior business leaders.
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience managing the annual cycle of executive functions and activities;
- Experience supporting senior leaders and their direct reports;
- Intermediate to advanced using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- High level of planning, prioritisation and organisation skills;
- Ability to conduct research, assemble and review data to prepare reports, documents, meeting agendas and presentations;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation;
- Strong attention to details and writing skills;
- Pet positive and comfortable working with pets (mainly dogs) in the office;
