Job Title: Senior Executive Liaison

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, planning, and prioritisation skills as well as high attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and documentation for senior leadership
  • Provide confidential administrative support and manage sensitive information
  • Support strategic projects and ensure timely reporting and coordination
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other executive assistants

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as an executive assistant supporting senior executives
  • Associate degree or higher in business administration, communications or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
