We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who wants to take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. You will work closely with our resort teams to optimize group bookings and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will also represent our resorts at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
3-5 years of sales experience in the golf industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
A proven track record of revenue growth, client acquisition, and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with varied audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to solution delivery.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Professional presentation, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for the golf industry.
