**Job Overview:**

Major Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Major Account Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop strategic plans, customer proposals and build class-leading customer relationships.

You will be instrumental in supporting revenue and growth targets across Commercial and Civil Construction, Major Projects and Electrical/Mechanical/Structural Contractors, with a focus on major customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in developing profitable new business and market opportunities with major customers
  • A minimum of three years' sales experience within an industrial, capital sales, hire or project environment
  • Strong skills in value-based sales process, customer-facing and rapport building
  • Ability to focus on complex solutions sales and work effectively with CRM systems
