Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our office leasing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial property, be enthusiastic, committed and adaptable, with a passion for real estate and a desire for success.

The successful candidate will form a valued part of our team, partnering with clients and building their existing network. They will conduct site inspections, develop and implement leasing strategies to source new listings by cold calling, mail-outs, and attendance at functions.

About the Role
  • Key responsibilities include liaison between landlords and tenants, conducting site inspections and developing leasing strategies.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new listings through a combination of cold calling, mail-outs, and attending industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Track record within Commercial Property.
  • Enthusiastic, committed and ambitious.
  • Adaptable, professional and delivery focused.
  • A passion for Real Estate and a desire for success.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline and/or experience within the commercial or residential property industry is desirable but not essential.
