Job Role

We seek a skilled commercial property sales professional to join our team, providing exposure to high-profile transactions and strategic decision-making opportunities.

As a key member of our team, you will conduct research and analysis on transactional sales data and market share trends across various asset classes, including development sites, retail, and office properties on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial and technical due diligence, including lease reviews, and manage related campaign enquiries.
  • Prepare and assist with property appraisals when required.
  • Attend client meetings and property inspections as required, often alongside senior leadership.
Qualifications

Applicants should hold tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field and be currently working as a valuer or analyst or sales associate within a commercial property firm or financial institution.

Key Requirements Include:

  • Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
