The Opportunity -

You'll be entrusted with a manageable portfolio of quality assets, overseeing all aspects of financial administration, lease and tenancy management, compliance, and day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for budgets, rent reviews, arrears, and reporting, while also managing tenant relationships, lease renewals, and dispute resolution. A key part of your role will include ensuring compliance across fire, electrical, plumbing, insurance, and essential services, as well as coordinating repairs, maintenance, and service contracts. You'll conduct regular inspections, prepare professional reports, and attend client meetings with confidence. In addition, you'll manage contractors, oversee key and access systems, and maintain accurate market data to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For -

  • Experience in commercial property management (or strong transferable property experience).
  • Team player with initiative - Reliable, adaptable and eager to grow.
  • Financial & leasing knowledge - Confidence with invoicing, budgets, outgoings, arrears and compliance.
  • Strong relationship skills - Able to balance landlord priorities with tenant satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail - Proactive in spotting issues before they escalate.
  • Clear, professional communication - Written and verbal, with all stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset - Calm under pressure and solutions-focused.

Experience with Cirrus8 is an advantage but by no means essential - we're happy to provide training. You will be required to hold a current QLD registration certificate and be open to obtaining mutual recognition for NSW if you don't already have it.
