Commercial Property Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the analysis, marketing and negotiation of commercial properties across various asset classes.
This investment analyst role will involve:
- Conducting research and analysing transactional sales data to identify trends across different property types.
- Databasing buyers and vendors for development sites, retail and office properties.
- Providing financial and cash flow modelling for commercial properties.
- Coordinating due diligence, including lease reviews, and managing related campaign enquiries.
- Preparing property appraisals and assisting with superannuation valuations.
- Attending client meetings and property inspections as required.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business or a related field.
- Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of local investment property market trends.
The ideal candidate has experience as a valuer or analyst within a commercial property firm and is looking to join our leading Investment Services team.
