We specialise in retail lease negotiations and support business owners, all over Australia, by working for them to save money on their Leases and obtain better Lease terms. We have a unique approach, which sees us achieve outstanding results for our clients Check out our 113 five star Google reviews for some of their comments We have lots of fun, but work really hard to provide the best service and results for our clients Our business has grown over the past 3 years and so, we are now looking for our next super star lease negotiator, with an immediate start.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable locations for our clients who are looking to grow and report back to our clients regularly, as part of our site search service
  • Negotiate favourable Lease terms and finalise new Leases directly with Landlords and agents for both new sites, as well as for clients in existing sites going through the renewal process
  • Reviewing of offer and Lease documents to ensure terms agreed are accurately reflected
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, as well as agents and Landlords within our property network
  • Client communication (both written and verbal)
  • Maintaining client records offline and online using our Zoho CRM
  • Managing daily follow up requirements to stay on top of each negotiation

To be successful in this role, you will be a rock star when it comes to caring for your clients and the world of wheeling and dealing. You will thrive on the art of negotiation. You will ideally be experienced in the retail property industry, where negotiating deals is part of your daily routine. You will be a brilliant communicator, with a love for managing multiple files, to get lots done each day and would be able to compare your experience to the following criteria:

  • Experience in negotiating retail and / or commercial Leases for Tenants would be ideal
  • Background could be in casual leasing, agency or working for a retailer or Landlord, in a leasing role
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Highly committed work ethic, a high level of care and self motivated to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational ability, with strong attention to detail
