Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a commercial property specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analysing transactional sales data, market share trends, and asset classes including development sites, retail, and office on the Gold Coast. They will also provide financial and cash flow modelling for commercial properties, assist in compiling content for submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project), and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also have solid understanding of the local investment property market and current trends.

  • Conduct research and analysis of transactional sales data and market share trends across various asset classes.
  • Provide financial and cash flow modelling for commercial properties.
  • Assist in compiling content for submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
  • Coordinate and undertake comprehensive financial and technical due diligence, including lease reviews, and managing related campaign enquiries.
  • Prepare and assist with property and superannuation appraisals when required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field.
  • Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
