Business Development Manager role working for a leading NSW Builder

One of NSW fastest growing residential builders is currently looking for a business development manager to complement it's existing team.

You will be working with a supportive administration and marketing team who will provide you with all the toolsnecessary to enable you to succeed in this demanding yet highly rewarding position.

We are seeking applications from either Senior Sales Consultants or Sales Managers who possess excellent presentation / communication skills along with extensive experience in Residential Sales.

Ideally you will have either real estate or home building business development and sales experience. A solid understanding of Housing Industry Regulations is also preferred.

Duties

- Develop proactive relationships with high end architectural firms
- Actively seek new build and renovation clients
- Create brand awareness and brand development in the market place
- Branding, marketing and strategy conception and implementation
- Client reporting and plan presentation and tender preparation

The remuneration package will comprise of a very generous base retainer coupled with a market leading commission structure (uncapped) and a vehicle that will make sure you are handsomely rewarded for all your hard work and endeavours.
