Asphalt Plant Operator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about asphalt production and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating all equipment and machinery associated with asphalt production, managing daily activities, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

This role involves working closely with other team members to achieve common goals, maintaining a safe working environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position, you should have the necessary skills and experience, including a HC/MC truck license and experience with hot bitumen products. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and availability for ad hoc weekend work and travel are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and adhere to company standards.
