Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days:

Monday to Sunday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience requiredExpected salary: $32 - $40 per hourAbout the Business and the Role

Roads 2000 is a well-established civil construction company in Western Australia, part of the Politis Group, specializing in asphalt production, placement, and project management for private, council, and government projects.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Asphalt Crew Members to join our team based in Wangara, working across Perth Metro and Regional jobs. The role reports to the Asphalt Laying Supervisor and Manager. Candidates must be flexible and available for day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and away work.

Candidate Requirements
  • Hold a current HR Driver's License
  • Hold a valid White Card in WA
  • Pass Drug and Alcohol tests and Pre-Employment medicals
  • Pass a Police Clearance
  • Reliable transport, as public transport is limited
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Experience in asphalt industry and pavement preferred
  • Manual Labour skills: Raking, Shovelling, Equipment cleaning, machinery operation, maintenance
  • Experience operating asphalt machinery such as paver, screed, rollers, shuttle buggy, MTV, Pave set (tickets preferred)

The ideal candidate will have team experience, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
