The Role:

  • Permanent, full-time role, working closely within our Asphalt team
  • Operate all equipment and machinery associated with Asphalt production (Front End Loader, Roller, Loader, etc.)
  • Understand the operation of Asphalt plants
  • Manage daily prestart and other activities, and ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working condition
  • Perform general civil laboring duties
  • Have the highest dedication to safe work practices in line with the OHS legislation and our procedures and policies, ensuring the workplace is both safe for the public and work colleagues, and ensure all work is of high quality for clients

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • HC/MC Truck License (preferred)
  • Experience with Hot Bitumen Product (preferred)
  • Availability for ad hoc weekend work and work away
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Experience operating heavy equipment
  • A strong 'team player' with the proven positive attitude to work well with others
