Your responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Answering and/or directing phone calls
  • Preparing medical files
  • Providing information and advice to clients or prospective clients
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and scheduling
  • Mail distribution and dispatch
  • Managing the day-to-day preparation of consulting suites
  • Administration support to Medical Consultants
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
