Duty Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative duties, including answering and redirecting calls, organizing pre-admission and admission paperwork, maintaining accurate record management systems, coordinating with staff from other departments, and completing clerical tasks such as data entry.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative support to healthcare professionals and teams
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Provision of exceptional customer service
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a 7-day rotating roster
