
Office Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in an administrative capacity, as well as a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities- Manage core administrative tasks with efficiency and effectiveness
- Organize social events and initiatives to maintain a positive and welcoming workplace
- Assist with proposals, document creation, and formatting to ensure exceptional client service and high-quality results
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a similar industry
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
