
Highly Organized Executive Assistant Required

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Leadership: Provide administrative assistance, including diary management, minute-taking, and general coordination.
- Document Preparation: Prepare templated letters, agency agreements, reports, and real estate documentation.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate exchanges, settlements, and liaise with brokers, vendors, buyers, and contractors.
- Database Management: Manage and maintain internal databases and CRM systems.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing content, including EDMs, brochures, and social media.
Requirements:
- Prior EA/PA experience in a high-performance environment (real estate, finance, legal, or similar).
- Technical Competence: Highly competent with business systems and technology, ideally with working knowledge of Monday.com, Salesforce, InDesign, and Excel.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written communication and an eye for detail.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills – able to stay ahead of campaigns and critical timelines.
- Adaptability: Composed, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Certification: Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).
