We are seeking an expert to contribute to our forward-looking approach and provide contemporary support to leaders. As part of our commitment to our highly skilled workforce, you will help ensure services meet the needs of young people and their families, now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing team and leadership capabilities, identifying gaps, and implementing targeted programs to support teams on their high-performance journey.
  • Applying critical thinking to develop practical initiatives and sound planning.
  • Collaborating with our Organisational Development team to develop and execute strategic workforce projects that facilitate meaningful change.
  • Utilising data to evaluate progress, seek feedback, and measure success.
  • Collaborating within the People Capability and Culture division and contributing to the ongoing evolution and maturity of the HR management function.
  • Role modelling practices that emphasise a people-centric approach aligned with organisational goals.

You will work closely with managers and directors across clinical and non-clinical teams, actively coaching and building their capability as effective people leaders. Your responsibilities will include analysing workforce trends data and leveraging the broader skills within our PCC team to identify, deliver, and refine impactful initiatives that improve accountability and organisational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a public sector or Health setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
