Job RoleThis position offers the opportunity to develop and implement workforce strategies that identify, attract, develop and retain talent and are aligned to delivering the broader business objectives. Key focus areas include:
- Implementing workforce strategies to drive outcomes for teams, customers and communities
- Developing strong partnerships with leaders across our organization, coaching them to deliver results
- Building leadership capability deep into our talent pipeline, leveraging available programs
- Partnering with leaders to enhance team and customer engagement, with a commercial mindset and drive for continuous improvement
You will work closely with Operations Managers across all areas of our business, demonstrating prior experience in a People Development role, experience in leading and coaching through change initiatives, and strong relationship management background. Passion for developing yourself and others is essential.
