About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Learning and Development Consultant to join our team for a 12-month contract. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering learning initiatives that enhance both employee skills and business capabilities.
Your work will contribute to improving operational performance and fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll collaborate with our Learning and Development Manager and People & Culture team to ensure the successful execution of L&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in implementing learning and development initiatives aligned with the People & Culture Strategy and Annual Plan.
- Support the identification of current and future capability needs to meet business objectives.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Enhance the employee experience by facilitating learning and career development opportunities across the organization.
You'll be a passionate and enthusiastic learning and development professional, looking for an opportunity to step into a role that will see you take ownership of the learning outcomes of a business and really make a difference.
You'll hold a minimum of a Bachelor's level qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. You'll have considerable experience working with a Learning and Development function of a professional services firm. Exposure to the Built Environment industry is highly regarded, though not essential.
You'll possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong project management skills, and high levels of organization with the ability to prioritize and coordinate across competing priorities and deadlines.
