About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to join our team in Adelaide CBD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring a team of claims professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of claims professionals to achieve operational excellence and meet financial targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and embed a customer-centric culture.
  • Proactively manage change and ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.
  • Foster effective relationships with other business units to drive business success.
About You
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in claims management.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring team members to achieve better customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve or exceed targets through driving a high-performance culture.
  • Experience in a complex, highly legislated claims environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships and resolving complaints.
