About the RoleAs a Claims Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the support and care they need during their most challenging moments. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing multiple claims, reviewing and processing claims, and nurturing meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities- Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of claims, ensuring customers are informed and supported throughout the process.
- Thoroughly review and process claims, collaborating closely with customers to assess losses and make informed decisions.
- Nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless claims experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer conversations, explaining the claims process and providing continuous support.
