Job Opportunity:
This role oversees the technical aspects of aftersales operations, ensuring that vehicle technicians can diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.
The key responsibilities include:
- Training Delivery: Providing face-to-face and virtual technical training for dealership technicians, including onboarding, NEV systems, and emerging technologies like ADAS.
- Content Development: Creating and maintaining training content, assessments, and hands-on modules aligned with global standards; travel internationally for OEM training.
- Technical Support: Offering in-field technical support, mentoring, and diagnostics assistance to technicians and aftersales managers across the dealership network.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with OEMs, engineers, and internal teams to manage recalls, service campaigns, and technical communications.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years' technical experience in distribution or workshop settings, with exposure to dealership service operations and NEV systems is required.
- A Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) are essential qualifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results in dynamic environments, are highly valued.
