We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Training Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in planning and delivering technical training for our dealership network across NSW.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications as a licensed Mechanic with significant experience as a senior technician. Strong technical knowledge, preferably with the Toyota and Lexus product range, is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include creating, developing, and delivering technical training content, as well as providing specialist training delivered to the region to improve services at expected quality and at optimal cost.

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a varying range of stakeholders. Intermediate to advanced computer skills are also essential.

About the role:

This is a full-time permanent position based in Moorebank, NSW, with the requirement to be on site at least 4 days a week.
