We're a fast-growing, customer-focused workshop in Thornton, NSW, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our winning team.
If you have at least 5 years of experience, a passion for cars, and the drive to deliver service excellence, this is your chance to work with a team that values your skills and rewards your results.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the friendly, professional face that greets every customer
Manage service bookings from start to finish with precision and care
Prepare detailed quotes and job cards, ensuring customer understanding and approval
Keep communication flowing between our technicians and customers
Recommend additional services with integrity and value in mind
Monitor workshop scheduling to keep everything running smoothly
Follow up after every job to maintain long-term customer relationships
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience as a workshop Service Advisor in the automotive industry
A solid understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs and parts
Brilliant communication and people skills
Organisational skills that keep the workshop running like clockwork
Confidence using workshop management software & MS Office
