About the Role

This role oversees technical operations, ensuring dealers can diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual technical training for dealer technicians, including onboarding and emerging technologies like ADAS.
  • Develop and maintain training content, assessments, and hands-on modules aligned with global standards; travel internationally for OEM training.
  • Provide in-field technical support, mentoring, and diagnostics assistance to technicians and Aftersales Managers across the dealer network.
  • Monitor and analyse technical trends using FPRS, resolving recurring issues and supporting product rectification and reporting.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, engineers, and internal teams to manage recalls, service campaigns, and technical communications.
  • Oversee technical support operations, ensure compliance with training KPIs, and promote a customer-first culture across the network.
Requirements
  • More than 3 years of experience in distribution or workshop settings, with exposure to dealership service operations and NEV systems.
  • Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver's licence required; must be willing to travel nationally and internationally for dealer support.
