About the Job:

  • The Service Advisor will work closely with the National Technical Manager to achieve customer satisfaction and quality targets.
  • The position involves ensuring all safety recalls and service campaigns are completed on time, adhering to government regulations.
  • Responsibilities also include managing service tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting dealers with technical issues and training needs is crucial for building their knowledge and capabilities across the network.
  • The Service Advisor will also assist with new vehicle approvals, update standard operating procedures, and provide technical guidance to vehicle processing centers.
