Job Description

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks and managing a team of technicians.

The ideal candidate will have relevant trade qualifications, hands-on automotive experience, and previous Workshop Controller experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technician productivity and efficiency
  • Prioritise repair orders for timely completion
  • Assist with technical problem-solving
  • Suggest additional work to the Service Advisor team for customer notification
  • Ensure repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and hands-on automotive experience
  • Previous Workshop Controller experience highly regarded
  • Hold a current and valid driver's license
  • Strong time management skills with a reliable and punctual work ethic
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
