Job Title

As a Front Office Manager, you will oversee the Front Office and Guest Experience departments in our high-volume operation. You will be responsible for setting strategic and operational direction, providing leadership and coaching, and driving performance improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Set strategic and operational direction in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and constructive feedback to Front Office team members
  • Drive performance improvement by setting metrics and benchmarks, identifying opportunities for growth and development

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role within Rooms Division in a 5-star hotel, with a focus on service quality and operating a large inventory and occupancy
  • A positive, can-do attitude with resilience and maturity, able to adapt to different situations
  • Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
