**Job Title:** Night Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Night Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Checking and balancing the day's takings from our outlets.
  • Ensuring accurate charges to our guests' rooms.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of our guests.
  • Completing the night audit process, including reconciliation and Excel reporting.
  • Front Office duties such as checking in late arrivals or settling accounts of early departures.
  • Preparing reports to reflect the trading results of the property on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required.
  • Controlling after-hours access to the property.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience with a property management system.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised.
  • A willingness to use initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of computer literacy and accuracy.
  • Ability to work late evening shifts 11pm-7am.
  • Be reliable and flexible with the ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
