Chief Guest Experience Officer

The Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Strategist to spearhead our delegate recruitment efforts. As Chief Guest Experience Officer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior business leaders across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective delegate recruitment strategies that align with our events' goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create exceptional guest experiences that drive loyalty and retention
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize delegate recruitment and overall event success

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or relationship management
  • Proven ability to engage and retain senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
