Chief Guest Experience Officer

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to deliver exceptional service at our Novotel Sydney International Airport property.
- Manage daily operations during night shifts, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Supervise and support Front Office teams, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, controlling access to the property after hours and maintaining a secure environment.
- Prepare reports reflecting trading results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Previous experience with property management systems is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management abilities are essential.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to work unsupervised and use initiative is required.
- Strong analytical skills, computer literacy, and accuracy are necessary.
- Ability to work late evening shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.
