We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of salaries, wages, bonuses, allowances, leave, and other entitlements.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead a team, manage competing priorities, and experience working with payroll systems and interpreting relevant policies and guidelines.
This role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy in processing data and reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential.
The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of Payroll Officers, driving initiatives to improve team accuracy in payroll processing, and leading internal and external payroll audits.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Membership in relevant associations, such as the Payroll and/or HR association(s).
