Payroll Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Expert to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing, management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.
  • Manage payroll queries and provide timely resolutions ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Interpret award and EBA requirements to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Process superannuation, terminations, and leave entitlements in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies to maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Reconcile payroll and assist with reporting requirements to guarantee transparency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including awards and EBAs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills to ensure accurate calculations.
  • Superb communication skills with a customer-focused mindset to resolve queries effectively.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as Chris21, Micropay, ADP, or similar is highly regarded.
