About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Fetch as a Contract Administrator, where you will play a key role in the administration of contracts and the management of project expenditure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Setup and maintain project letting schedules, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of project progress.
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, and schedules, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Accurately review and evaluate subcontract tenders, ensuring that the best value for money is achieved.
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Administer RFIs to architects, consultants, and clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
