Retail Leasing Specialist

We seek a skilled and results-driven professional to join our leasing team as a Retail Leasing Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategic leasing plans, manage day-to-day leasing requirements, and build strong relationships with retailers.
The Opportunity Overview- Develop leasing strategies aligned with business objectives and operational parameters
- Manage leasing activities across assigned shopping centres and retail precincts
- Maintain effective relationships with retailers and tenant representatives
- Design and execute leasing strategies to drive business growth and asset performance
- Coordinate leasing activities, including lease renewals and remixing
- Provide expert advice and support to internal and external stakeholders
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to provide technical guidance and support to both internal and external customers. Your industry knowledge and credibility within the VIC Retail Market are highly valued.
