The Opportunity

As part of growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join our commercial team. Reporting to the Business Development Support Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Producing high quality customer-focused written content aligned with win themes and reviewing editing submissions
  • Reviewing tender documentation and project managing compliant compelling submission delivery within specified timeframes
  • Developing and managing bid project plan including resourcing work allocation draft review processes graphic design approvals and other key bid milestones
  • Supporting customer-centric win strategy and value proposition development
  • Ensuring all submissions are well-presented professional customer focused and represent Sustain Group brand values

You are an agile creative problem solver dynamic team player with penchant for quality eye for detail. A natural communicator you love words have flair for transforming technical information into compelling narrative.

You enjoy mix of working closely in team as well as working independently. When it comes to time management you excel organised motivated proactive. You know how to manage stakeholders motivate team make things happen.

You are open engaging hands-on team-based approach driving excellence in tendering process.

Ideally you will have:

  • Formal qualifications in business administration marketing or communication experience in similar role within property facilities management sectors
  • Previous experience managing large scale complex tenders directing others
  • Intermediate advanced skills in Microsoft products Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Photoshop Illustrator
  • Excellent communicator outstanding written verbal skills comprehension grammar technical writing editing proof-reading
  • Exceptional planning skills exposure to large document construction
  • High-level computer literacy desktop publishing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail focus on work accuracy high quality
  • Possess strong work ethic excellent time management skills
  • Ability to build contribute collaborate as part of high-performing team.

This position requires successful candidates to undergo medical assessment police national security checks.
