Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Floating Leasing Professional to join our property management team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating unforgettable experiences for potential residents and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding individuals to their dream home while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Your role will involve engaging residents through social media campaigns, flyers, and events to drive leasing and occupancy goals.

In addition, you will assist current residents and provide professional customer service, answer phones, respond to emails, file paperwork, qualify residents, maintain an organized workspace, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure every resident feels valued and supported.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to engage residents and drive leasing and occupancy goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and determination to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve leasing and occupancy targets.
  • Assist current residents and provide exceptional customer service, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years' experience.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
