About the Role:

  • Streamline daily radiologist workflows to meet KPIs by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and communicating with radiologists, hospital staff, and vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and troubleshoot RIS/PACS and workflow issues, escalating to internal IT teams when necessary.
  • Proactively manage workload distribution, monitor unreported lists, and support backlog solutions to minimize delays and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze workflow performance data to inform planning, reporting, and implementation of workflow tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a radiology clinic (clinical, clerical, or administrative role).
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and IT systems (RIS/PACS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize competing demands, and analytical mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working with performance data.
