The Role

We're seeking a Workflow Coordinator to join our team in NSW Hospital RIS/PACS operations.

If you have experience in radiology clinic workflows and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with varied challenges, this role may be suitable for you.

  • Coordinate daily radiologist workflows to meet reporting KPIs for NSW hospital contracts.
  • Build relationships with radiologists, hospital staff, and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot RIS/PACS and workflow issues, escalating to vendors or internal IT teams when necessary.
  • Proactively manage workload distribution, monitor unreported lists, and assist with backlog solutions.
  • Analyse workflow and contract performance data to support planning and reporting and assist with implementation and support of workflow tools and systems.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working in a clinical or administrative role within a radiology setting (minimum 2 years).
  • A strong understanding of radiology workflows and IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholder groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and working with performance data.
