About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in coordinating radiologist workflows across key NSW hospital contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiology clinic workflows and IT systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and optimizing daily radiologist workflows
  • Troubleshooting RIS/PACS and workflow issues
  • Managing workload distribution and analyzing workflow data to support planning and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a radiology clinic (minimum 2 years)
  • A strong understanding of radiology workflows and IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • An analytical mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
