Workflow Coordinator Role

Healius is seeking a skilled Workflow Coordinator to join our diagnostic imaging team.

  • Coordinate and optimize daily radiologist workflows to meet reporting KPIs for NSW hospital contracts.
  • Build relationships with radiologists, hospital staff, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot RIS/PACS and workflow issues, escalating to vendors or internal IT teams when required.
  • Proactively manage workload distribution, monitor unreported lists, and support backlog solution.
  • Analyse workflow and contract performance data to support planning and reporting and assist with implementation and support of workflow tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities include coordinating and optimizing daily radiologist workflows, building strong relationships with various stakeholders and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a radiology clinic (minimum 2 years), a strong understanding of radiology workflows and IT systems (RIS/PACS) and excellent communication skills.
